Share Your Feedback
The City is inviting the public to check out its new site at MapleRidge.ca and provide feedback through a short survey by June 30 at Engage.MapleRidge.ca/Website. Residents can also email communications@mapleridge.ca if they need support finding information on the new site.
Background
The last City website update was undertaken in 2018. Following a competitive bid process, the City selected Upanup, a website design firm with extensive experience building some of the most innovative municipal websites.
As part of the development process, the City conducted a public engagement survey. The input received help shape the design of the new website - making it more user-friendly, accessible and informative to residents, visitors and businesses.
Level of Engagement
The engagement for this project is at the "inform" and "consult" levels of the International Association for Public Participation's (IAP2) Spectrum of Public Participation. This means that we will keep you informed, listen to and acknowledge concerns and aspirations, and provide feedback on how public input influenced the decision. Learn more about how we use the Spectrum as a foundation for community engagement here.
